The Pacific Rim Whale Festival Society is a registered non-profit (#S 26017). Since the Festival’s creation in 1986, the Pacific Rim Whale Festival has been a largely volunteer effort, with a total of over 190 helping hands in 2009 and even more each year.
Our Board of Directors is elected every year. Some of us do it for the love of whales and their marine life counterparts, some of us simply like volunteering our time, but there's no doubt - all of us share a compassion for community driven events!
