Logo and Images Use Policy

No reproduction or use of images belonging to the Pacific Rim Whale Festival including but not limited to; poster art, “We Heart Whale” and the logo; are permitted without approval of the PRWF Board of Directors or the Festival Coordinator. Promotional posters are distributed as per direction of the Board of Directors (currently at no cost).

Sponsors at the ‘Eagle’ level ($500) and up will be provided an encrypted logo for use on their business website.

Sponsors at the ‘Stellar Sea Lion’ level ($5000) and up will be provided with a one year unlimited use of our festival for use on their business website, advertising and promotions before and during the festival. This logo may not be used past the festival end date. This logo may not be dissected in anyway or used in a colour scheme other than the original logo provided. This logo may not be used by third parties, in conjunction with Stellar Sea Lion/Title Sponsors promotion without written consent of the PRWFS Executive.
